The owner of HRI in Mount Vernon and a familiar face in the Skagit County business community for over 26 years.

Born and raised locally, Matt has built his career around serving the same community he calls home. His deep roots in Skagit County give him a unique understanding of the local workforce and the needs of area businesses.

Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find him enjoying time with his family and his granddaughter.

Amanda | Operations & Strategy Manager

With more than 16 years of recruiting and staffing experience throughout Northwest Washington, Amanda has partnered with companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries. Her experience goes beyond simply filling positions—she enjoys helping businesses evaluate hiring strategies, staffing levels, recruiting processes, and employee retention to build stronger, more efficient teams.

Having worked with large national staffing firms, small local businesses, and growing organizations, Amanda brings together the best of each environment. She combines proven recruiting strategies and business processes with the personalized service and responsiveness that only a local partner can provide.
